A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME
I am a PSYCH-K® Facilitator and Registered Physiotherapist. My traditional education was completed at McMaster University, where I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and a Masters of Science in Physiotherapy. I feel funny even writing that because truthfully I believe the most important part of my education was done after graduating… but I used to have many patients who would tease me about not displaying my degrees up on the wall of my office. So for anyone who cares about academic degrees… yes I have them ;)
I have taken many other courses since travelling down the traditional education route. And this lead me to exploring more holistic approaches to health than what is typically offered in western medicine. The two main concepts I now practice (PSYCH-K® and Neurokinetic Therapy®) are both rooted around the importance of the subconscious mind. The subconscious mind makes up 95-97% of our consciousness - so I believe targeting this is the true key to lasting changes and transformations.
I believe that everyone has the innate ability to heal. That our bodies are self regulating and self healing organisms. And my purpose is to help facilitate the processes within you to help you transform yourself.
